He may be testing the RR feature for the VPNv4.......RR is very handy
in MPLS core.......suppose i have 50 PE routers in the SP so each of
my PE router need BGP connectivity with the other 49......with RR each
router only establishes connectivity with the RR.... ideally u should
have at least 2 RRs in a live network....
