...I think that the important difference for version 4 is only one - it is
COMPLETELY SCREWED UP!!!

I know that paper/email will accept everything like: "new focus", "changing
the way candidates are thinking/preparing",
"I have X students in the pipeline ready for pass in Y weeks", "when you
will know your stuff you will pass", etc.... but it will not
change the statistic which is crushing the new version as something like
this never ever happened before for any track and especially
for the most popular R&S - 1 successful candidate during almost a quarter!
You can say whatever you want but it is a fact which
is clearly showing that something is seriously wrong with the new version as
I don't believe that only not well prepared "idiots" attempted
the lab so far ...especially that we had a couple of famous guys trying
their chance with a known result ...and don't believe that a guy
who passed has "opened a door" for you - first man on the moon did change
anything for 99,99999999% of people.

I understand all vendors with their absolutely great materials (another fact
against the new version as we never had such good stuff to
prepare for an exam) that they are trying to defend v.4 but they have no
choice. Staying with space terminology they are in a position
of manufacture which is producing navigation systems for spacecraft - less
candidates eager for the very unsafe voyage to the moon ,
less navigation system for spacecrafts needed...

...and one more thing about "fair game" - existences of something on the
blue print doesn't make it by default a fair game. I can add to
your Moon mission a visit to Mars and Venus - it is in your blue print but
is it a fair game? Can it be still called "voyage to the Moon"?

I will agree that there was a lot of preparations for v4 and the idea is
great! But guys please remember that the best idea is worth nothing
with shitty execution!

Ps. I don't even want to mention here about Cisco's "real word" without a
printer as we would have to start talking about Experts in juggling
windows one the screen.

Regards!
