Hey Tony,

You just need to clear the buffer space of that old stuff like DLSW and RIFs
(heehee)!! No seriously - it does seem that the qualification exam gets
tougher each time I take it. At least you can take comfort in that you're
not a candidate experiencing the test for the first time!
