RE: 3560 Switch console access

Gaurav,
        If you want this permanent, you will need to go into ROMMON and
change the baud rate with the confreg command and then reset/power off.
Someone probably had to do an xmodem transfer at one point and did not
change the baud rate back to default of 9600.
