Hey,
You don't need SIM for this. You can load it on Vmware and use real "CUCM".
CUCM 5 and above are linux based (Runs RHEL AS 2 and above). So just a linux
box. It also comes up with 50 free phone DLU. In other word it will let you
register atleast 5-8 phones.
Install ESXi hypervisor first on your 7825
then
install CUCM as a Vm on top of ESXi.
