There are the show memory and dump commands. You can do dumps of memory
ranges in IOS to see what is stored where.

Subject: Physical Memory Config

Hi there

Is there a way in IOS to find out the actual physical configuration of
your
memory banks? i.e. is there a way to circumvent taking the tops off to
find
out?

Thanks
