If it's a 2600 " show c2600" will show you the required info..something like
this

DIMM Slot 0:
DIMM Type : Single-bank
DIMM Size : 16MBytes
DIMM Slot 1:
DIMM Type : Dual-bank
DIMM Size : 32MBytes
