Interview questions

Hi experts,
 
I got these questions on an interview,
I have 2 routers connected to each other primary router has got DMVPN deloyed
and the second router acts as the ISDN backup.on saturdays and sundays,the
isdn backup should not come up even if the DMVPN goes down.on weekdays the
isdn back up should come up as normal.can you guys suggest any 2 ways to get
this done
 
I tried answering this question by defining the intresting traffic with
time-based ACL's but
could nt get that right.
 
2)Why Eigrp is preffered on DMVPN architecture?
though I cleared the first round of the interview would like to know some
perfect answers for these questions.
