If you have two uplinks, one link from Active Sup goes to a switch (say root
for odd # vlans) and second link from Standby Sup to a switch which is root
for even # of vlans, then both links should be in forwarding mode, Link from
Active sup should be in forwarding mode for Odd vlans and link from Standby
Sup should be in forwarding mode for Even numbered vlans.
