Hi,
I personally found the INE OEQ simulater kinda useless when I was
going for the R&S IE exam, not that it's a bad product, but
if you know the technologies and why you are using the technologies
you'll be fine.
Having said that when I go for the SP exam I will purchase the INE
because the more material the better.
My suggestion is reading reading and then reading some more. When you
purchase books get books by different authors.
I find that when I read different authors they each have their own
perspective and that helps me fully understand the technology.
