No that's not possible. You can only do stacking on a 3750 or 3750-E, to make a port-channel that goes to separate devices you could also use Cat6500's in VSS, Nexus 5000's or Nexus 7000's with vPC technology.

On the 3750 with StackWise you can not use LACP when the channel terminates on different stackmembers. VSS and vPC do allow to run LACP or PAgP.
