let us assume that the packets are being lb in ration 1:1:1:1 ratio

now you wanted to make it in the ratio of 1:3:4:2

if the cost of the path 1 which has ratio '1' is 'x' units . just adjust the
units of other interfaces accordingly

for example if bw / delay parameters are 1, 1 units for path 1 ,

multiply it by 3 for second , 4 for third , 2 for fourth etc .

and make sure " traffic-share balanced" is selected which is by default

hence you can use variance command

This is as of my reading of the question . clarify us if this is not
