ccie lab reschedule

Hi People, I had date to take the test in Sao Paulo, at january 6th,
and today a I received a call from Cisco telling that the lab is not
going to be available at that date, so they propose a reschedule.

The girl who called said that she doesnt know what happened with the lab.

Any one had this problem and knows what happened?
