Little help -- to check CCIE number attacment

Hello Expert !!!!

I have tried to search the forum but unfortunately did not find that.

Would someone would be kind enough to share the URL to check if your CCIE
number is attached to some organization (I lost from my favorites). If I
remember correctly as I have cheked last time .. there used to be a
attach/de-attach button on same page which I am not able to find now.
