I have strange situation
I have unified communication manager version 6.1 and I have globital speech
log server to record the voice conversation
The speech log server is recording the phone conversation through the concept
or SPAN ports (monitoring the incoming and out coming traffic)
Where the end user is considered as source port and the speech log server is
the destination port
The problem is when I do Gpickup by the Cisco phone to one of the coming calls
the call is not being recorded although both ports (the called person and the
one who done the Gpick up) are configured as source ports
I did the same scenario with forward concept from the Cisco phone the call was
recorded successfully
Any hint team
