What especial you learn in 10 years that others cannot learn in less than a
year of hard work with cisco (if you look at BP)?

10years old technology would be outdated anyway. though I am not defending
Dynamappers but they learn the same material and may be put more hours
easily to learn the same features.

Bye the way why would you take 10 years to learn all the routing protocols
and switching?

How many more topics you think require 7 to 10 years of working experience
(many of them were not even existed 10 years ago)?

People might not be failing due to other reasons not because they lack in
knowledge.
