Re: Cisco Login Problem

Make sure you do the Security questions, as well as actually resetting the
password.
After choosing the Security Questions, you actually have to click on the
Reset Password link, and then answer a security question before it allows
you to set a new password.

The first time through I was distracted and missed that. If you do not
actually reset the password, then you just get the same message upon trying
to log in, even after completing the security questions. At least that is
what happened to me.

Might be your issue as well.
