If by "leading" you mean "say what you want to hear", then I'm
probably not a good leader. If by "leading" you mean "doing right
things", then I just may be, for I'm not afraid of changes, no matter
how big and vast they are. I welcome them!
Further, what more encouragement for students does one need other than
teacher with real-life victories ( ;-) ) who wants to teach exciting,
new and *relevant* things and not something that has been outdated
years ago, only because it fits his budget?
