How odd. This appeared on the GroupStudy list. This has happened a lot
for this guy, so I assumed his LinkedIn profile contained the GS
list's e-mail address as his own, but he claims it's not set up that
way.

Out of curiosity, did you send the invite request, like normal,
through the LinkedIn site?
