Jack,
The issue is very difficult to comprehend without the correct details.
Sanitize your configuration ( hiding your AS and changing the ips somewhat)
and post as much information as possible.
Once you provide that information, I am certain that your issue will be
tackled/discussed and probably resolved by the engineers in
this forum.
