It was removed for the version 4 blueprint and replaced with EIGRP for IPv6.
With that said...Cisco has made it clear any related technology to a blueprint technology is fair game. So emphasize OSPFv3 and EIGRP for IPv6 in your studies, but know the basics of RIPng. Especially since the Core Knowledge questions can get a bit vast in their scope.
