Of course that won't help your link utilization...just is kind of a more
standard way to do it through the SP. You would still have to filter. If
your link is saturated, your link is saturated no matter if it is a
statically defined GRE tunnel on the CE or the dynamically created one that
gets created on the PE when you enable the MDT
