traffic shaping question

All,

When Full Frame-relay DS3 traffic shaping is as below;

frame-relay cir 44210000
frame-relay bc 442100
frame-relay mincir 44210000

Can I configure the traffic shaping as below for 15 MB partial Frame-realy
DS3?

frame-relay cir 15360000
frame-relay bc 153600
frame-relay mincir 15360000

Any feed back is appreciated.
