CIsco 7945 Phone Voice Quality Issue

Hello Experts,

   I am having an issue where only Cisco 7945's going out to the PSTN are
having an issue. When you call a line, the voice is full of static. There are
enough MTPs, Transcoders, and the Firmware is up to date. I have tested with
7975's and 7906's, but only the 7945's have the issue. Could someone please
assist?
