Hey John,
The second last week should best be spent doing labs, preferably one per day
to instill confidence in yourself. Pick labs from any of the vendors as they
are all much the same for R&S and tend to be more challenging than the real
lab.
In the final week spend most of your time reading and re-reading the
solutions guides to ALL the labs that you've purchased: these guides are the
best source of information for a CCIE. I'd also suggest looking up any
commands on the UniverCD that you don't understand yet (which should be
few). Keep a rack session or two booked as well so that you can test
anything you still aren't confident in, just for peace of mind.
The day before your exam go to the exam site so that you know where it is.
After that, I tend to go for a nice long walk and recite the commands for my
lab out loud like a crazy person as this calms me down.
Other than that stay calm and hopeully you'll have a number soon. :)
