What is the underlying topology? Do you have any static routes or some
other protocol providing underlying connectivity? Post the configs of
your loopback interfaces, and 'sh ip eigrp ne' output from all
devices, too.
Take 'no ip split-horizon' off your hub's tunnel interfaces.
Did you try modifying the bandwidth or delay values on R6's tunnel
interfaces, like I suggested in my first response? I notice they are
back to defaults in your last post.
