Then use BGP conditional route advertisement to advertise 1.1.1.0/24 subnet
only if your fake subnet is in the BGP table???
but cpommand says

advertise-map and non-exist-map >>>*!--- Advertises the routes matched in
the route-map ADVERTISE
!--- only if the routes matched in route-map NON-EXIST
!--- do not exist in the BGP table*
