Voice Issue

Guys,

I need your help regarding the conferncing calls issue using G.729 codec.
porblem which I m facing at the moment after configuring the trancoding and
confernce configuration on Router and Call manager 4.1 , when ever I add third
IP phone on confernce call line goes drop , please see below configuration of
router and sh diag results , any idea ?
