Also Ryan is "more" correct with the 0 in the last octet. Many times we use these types of acls to match routes and it really won't matter but technically Ryan's is more accurate

well you can also do this without a access-list.
just use a route-map with match interface lo0 lo1 lo2 lo3 lo4
