Malik,
You can upgrade your 6513 using VS-S720-10GE, you will need a 2500W power
(or above)
Type of Chassis does not matter, e.g a WS-C6503-E chassis can be combined
with a WS-C6513 chassis to form a VSS
Don't forget that WAN interfaces are not supported,
Cisco Catalyst 6509-NEB Switch and 6503 Switch (non-E) are not supported
