Hi Nate

It looks like you are missing:

*ip pim sparse-mode* on R2 f0/0.

This command does show on the config guide.
With all the commands needed for mcast helper map, it is so easy to miss the
odd command.
Other than that, your config looks great to me.

Give that a go and let us know if that resolves matters.
