This works great when you will keep the networks completely separate. The
example is pretty good ... especially in this economy there are many
companies sharing offices and infrastructure.

This techtorial does not go into how to share routes via route-targets or
statically adding them to a VRF. What happens when you want to have a
shared resource such as a NTP server or an email server? If anyone has a
lab, try this.
A challenging lab IMO, and one that is worth attempting IMO ...
