Hi,

Depends where you want to perform NAT.
DMVPN Hub/Spokes are usually border/edge routers to the Internet so it is
not so common to see NAT between ISP and your edge router.
If you want to perform NAT on the edge router there is no problem as NAT is
performed before crypto. Hence, both tunnel and transport mode should work.

If you have any specific topology on your mind let me know.
