Manoj,
You can change the SDM template to "aggregator routing" in order to allocate
more resources for unicast routing. This would allow 14k unicast routes and
6k directly connected hosts. Please take a look at the following URL for
information on SDM templates.
And for QoS issue, Ruchir gave you a good script.
