I had a bunch of switches that were a mess of client/server/transparent. I'm standardizing on vtp transparent mode and wanted to set all of the vtp domains to null for consistency. I don't want to delete the vlan.dat and reboot the switches to set it back to null for a purely cosmetic change. I appreciate all the responses however, I was really just curious there isn't a no version of the vtp domain command. It dosen't really make since that you would delete your vlan.dat and reboot a switch to set your vtp domain back to null.
Thanks,

Hi Justin,
Well for server, client vtp mode you must have it configured. If you change to transparent, then you will not propagate the domain...
And finally you can keep it in blank, to maximize default compatibility.
If these don't anwer your question, can you detail the reason to do that?

Does anyone know why there isn't a "no" version of the vtp domain
command?
