Can't access more than one device at a time through a Remote

Hi experts

I have a Cisco router configured as VPN server, it has two internet access
links, f0/0 is the primary while dialer 1 is the secondary, it is also
configured with route-map based nat. Once I connect to this VPN server
through a VPN software I can access just one device behind the VPN server,
if I want to access another device then I have to wait till the Nat
translation expire, and so one.
