The first prerequisite is "valid CCNA and CCDA or any CCIE
certification..."

Then you need 642-873 ARCH (obviously) and then you choose between the
-892 composite or you do -901 BSCI and -812 BCMSN.

So it would seem that the CCIE gets you out of the associate-level
obligation but all professional-level obligations must still be met.
I can't say that I agree with that. If someone passes both the CCIE
written and the lab, I think we have a good measure of their routing
and switching abilities. At least if the CCIE in question is the R&S
track. Maybe not so much with the others...
