Yep, that looks familiar.

FYI, passing the lab won't recertify your lower certs (for some odd
reason) -- only a written does that. I've heard some folks say that
they don't care about maintaining any of their lower certs once they
achieve CCIE status but I personally know one gentleman who claims to
receive higher offers on the basis of his CCVP than his R&S IE. I
personally care because I hold the DA/DP, which serves as at least a
minor indicator of design aptitude.
