HI Folks,
Just wanted to share how I got my date for Service provider in bangalore.also
see my attached mail conversation with certsupport.
1) The scheduling window is of 240 days ie. you can see the scheduling window
for only 240 days.if today is 11 th Nov 2009 you can schedule till 9th July
2010.
2)The scheduling window follows PST time Zone (San Jose TIme)
3)As soon as its midnight in San Jose, The booking slots open for all the Lab
locations for the next day ie. the 241 st day.
In India its 1:30 PM in the afternoon.. I got my seat at 1:33 (the last seat
available on that day)
Got Lucky this time.. Try yours..

Hi Julie,
O.K I could really understand this. As you said earlier about 240 days
scheduling window I checked today that for 10 nov 2009 the 240 days window
ends at 8th Jul 2010. I would like to know what TIME ZONE (EST,MST,PST)does
the online scheduling system follows so that I could be in front of the system
at exactly 12 midnight in order to get a date for 9th July 2010.
Just trying my luck on getting the date.
Please Advice.

the current backlog and the current demand for lab dates. They are working
diligently to explore options to expand lab capacity. We appreciate your
patience in this matter.
Note: The System searches for dates within 240 days only. If there are no open
dates returned during your search on the online system, it means all the
current available lab dates are fully booked. You may continue to check the
online system frequently for openings due to cancellations. As soon as there
are vacancies, candidates can grab the seats once they are available so we
recommend checking the online system regularly for available dates.
Also, please note that there isn't any privilege for employees working for
Cisco partners. All the candidates who would like to attend a lab exam need to
schedule using the online scheduling tool and check the availability
frequently.

Hi,
I recently cleared CCIE wriiten for service provider (350-029). But I am quite
amazed to see that not even a single date is available for throughout the next
year (for bangalore hong kong, beijing).seems hard to believe kindly
clarify.Also I would like to know if there is any reservation for lab exams or
ay privilege for employees working for A cisco partners my employee ID:249140
