After visiting Australia, it does appear as though they keep the good stuff for themselves.
I had more than one Aussie tell me that Fosters was for <you fill in the blank>. :)

Good question! I've been arguing with my girlfriend that fosters is
Australian but afaik its not (she says after living there).
