Same here with me now. I'm mentally preparing for (another) Cisco cert
support case to begin explaining how this is supposed to recertify my
CCIE until 2013 (I've been eligible for recert when I took the test)
and not just CCxA and CCxP stuff.
It will probably be less pain than explaining to them how CCDE written
does the same thing.
*sigh*
