CCO holds a LOT of IOS-XR documentation. Even command equivalents (most
times these are found by googling). Cisco is promoting the use of XR, so if
you hold any capable routers (12k's) in your network they sure will ask you
to upgrade and give you a lot of resource for it.

Besides that the IOS-XR Fundamentals book is AWESOME. I could solve a lot of
queries of customers just by browsing through that book. It's a great
resource.

Last, GlobalKnowledge and Fast-Lane have a couple courses on XR, which are
all great. They tend to go very deep on how the actual platform works (12k
and CRS-1), how the packet traverses the fabric and stuff.

Funny timing, did quite some IOS-XR config on live CRS-1's last night :-)
