OK. Mine was in jest and clearly has no capability of harming anyone. And
compared with some other threads I don't think we've started a war here.
I'll still buy you a beer if we happen to meet after a lab one day. If he
decides not to share, then fine by me. If he decides to share, then fine by
me. I was just offering an opinion to the guy. I think too many people on
these threads get way too puckered up way to fast. Relax everyone. Go get
some stress out somehow before continuing with your BGP case studies....

I don't understand the difference between you sharing that and someone
else sharing a poor experience. You are right in that he should avoid too
much detail, but I still think an overall description of what happened
would not hurt. Might I also add that we have no chance of the person
sharing their experience now that we have started world war III.

Again, that's your view and that's fine. I just don't look at it the same
way. Personally, I had Howard at RTP at my last attempt and the only thing
that bothered me was his relax dress code that he enjoys every day. And it
only bothered me because I have to go back to my real job with my real
business attire.

I disagree as well. Not only the money but if cisco refuses to do
anything
about "proctor Joe" then the only recourse is a public forum. We
certainly
wouldn't win any lawsuits individually. Maybe proctor Joe cleans up his
act if he keeps seeing his name here. Or maybe we identify a few people
who were less than honest about their lab experience. Either way I think
discussion is a good thing.

I disagree.
We pay a hell of a lot of money for these exams (some of us, from our
personal savings) and we have every right to discuss this in this manner.
2009/11/9 <Charles.Henson_at_regions.com>
I'm not faulting anyone in this case. Whenever someone mentions they've
been to the lab, we always ask for details. I understand. But an
individuals experience with a proctor is not the same thing as "How do you
like the new interface?" Even if other folks say they've had similar
issues
with the proctor in question. That is even more the reason that these
people should take it to Cisco and keep it off the thread. The last thing
I
want is "Proctor Joe" to remember me from the forums when I walk in the
lab
and then I'm already off on a bad note. Or worse, "Proctor Joe" gets
p1ss3d
off that everyone is blasting him on the forums and then everyone taking
the lab is off on a bad note. Sorry, I feel this doesn't need to be on the
VERY PUBLIC forums.

I see your point, but I don't think asking for more information is
necessary unprofessional. The entire point of this list is to share
information on the lab. That and those of us who have never sat for a lab
can't help but be curious. Professionalism is a must, but you can't fault
us for asking questions.

Guys,
I am curious myself as to what the issue was but this is not the
place. If he has an issue with a proctor that should be between him and
Cisco. Not posted on a public forum. Let's keep in professional. So many
other threads are clearly lacking that.....
