Hi CCIE Preparation,
I think you are right not to discuss the details here before following the
complaints process. Contact cisco, tell them why you are unhappy, then see
whether you get a satisfactory response.
If you are still dissatisfied, having given the proctor/cisco an opportunity
to answer and if necessary explain or correct any issue, then I don't think
many people will object if you decide to discuss it publicly. Depending on
your cause for complaint, doing so without allowing for a
response/resolution might be unfair to the proctor and could worry other
candidates unnecessarily.
Controversy is easily started on the Internet, and topics have a habit of
rapidly spiraling well off the original point. Often none of the people
involved walk away smelling of roses.
