Narbik had a bootcamp in Bangalore India during October 2009 so I am not
sure if that's near Delhi or Kashmir. If it's near, it's worth the trip to
attend Narbik's class.

You can also have the option of doing online bootcamps. I believe
Internetwork Expert or IPExpert has such classes and from what I been
hearing about them, they're top notch as well.

I am not sure on the other vendors but I am sure they will be able to
accomodate something for you.
