you keep stunning the list with your strange queries...

How about googling a bit for yourself, or using Cisco DocCD? or both?
You are able to mail to this list, this hopefully means you are able to
surf the Internet as good as the rest of us.

Now down to your question:

ntp clock-period
Caution Do not enter this command; it is documented for informational
purposes only. The system automatically generates this command as
Network Time Protocol (NTP) determines the clock error and compensates.
(C) Cisco IOS command reference.

I suggest you try and find an answer yourself, first because it is NOT a
tech support list (as many ppl have mentioned to you before) and second
because you claim you are a CCIE, so you should be perfectly capable of
accomplishing such an achievement as NTP peering demystified,
sophisticated as it is. :-) No offense.
