OT: out of sync IE audio and video

Hi GS,
I am always (most of time) out of sync audio and video while viewing INE
Class on Demand or OLS. Any one find any solution to over come this issue.
Some time this lagging becomes 1 minute or more, which is highly annoying,
while i have 4mb and 2mb connections. But there is no way to get them sync.

any help or trick will be highly appreciated.
