It doesn't matter which way it is. He is now a CCIE and he cleared a
large gap in only 4 days. He started with a 25 a month before his lab.
It is impressive and unbelievable. Doesn't matter unless there are two
people with the same name he is the one who passed a month later after
starting out with a 25. Who knows if he earned it or cheated. Does it
matter to anyone but him. He is a CCIE and has his number. Who cares
if he knows what a router looks like he passed and that is all that
matters. No matter what he pulled it off on the day of the lab

Leave him alone unless you want him to teach you how to pass like he did.
