VACL question

With this command:
Switch(config)#mac access-list extended ARP_Packet
Switch(config-ext-nacl)#permit any any 0x806 0x0
Switch(config-ext-nacl)#end
Switch(config)

This will allow arp to go through VACL because of 0x806, but why do I
need 0x0 at the end? What is 0x0?
