Dear Narbik

Thank you for the free troubleshooting lab, it seems to be a real
brain-teaser :)

Just one question tough, since we have been told by Cisco that there will be
no switches in the troubleshooting section, don't you think its a better
idea to skip them in the future labs of the workbook? I also found some
tickets related to issues with switches, IMHO it would be better that the
troubleshooting tickets pertain to routers only
